Attorney Katherine E. Dudack received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005 and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice, summa cum
laude, from the University of Connecticut in 2001 (member, Phi Beta Kappa). Attorney Dudack has practiced in the area of Workers’ Compensation since 2013. Prior to that time she practiced civil litigation defense which primarily involved title insurance claims.
Attorney Dudack is Board Certified by the Connecticut Bar Association as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist and is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Certification Examining Committee. She is also currently a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Dudack presented at the Connecticut Bar Association’s legal conference in
2025 and 2026.
Attorney Dudack is President of the Hartford County Bar Foundation, an organization that provides funds to organizations in Hartford County dedicated to assisting the poor, disabled and homeless.
Attorney Dudack is also a Board Member of South Park Inn, a homeless shelter and homelessness services organization serving the greater Hartford community.
Attorney Dudack is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
